Bosnia and Herzegovina is a destination with a deep Islamic history, impressive nature and atmospheric cities. During this short but versatile trip, we stay in the green surroundings near Sarajevo and discover historical cities such as Sarajevo and Mostar. From Ottoman mosques and old bazaars to waterfalls and mountain landscapes: this trip offers a nice balance between culture, nature and relaxation.
Itinerary
Day 1 – Please note: flights not included
International flights are not included. Participants arrange their own travel to and from the destination.
Day 2 – City tour Mostar
Today we discover Mostar during a city tour. We visit, among other things, the historical city center and the famous bridge that symbolizes the city. The evening is free.
Day 3 – Kravica waterfalls, Počitelj & Blagaj
We take a day trip along various highlights. We visit the Kravica waterfalls, the historic village of Počitelj and Blagaj, known for the monastery at the source of the Buna river.
Day 4 – To Sarajevo | City tour Sarajevo
We travel back to Sarajevo. During the city tour we visit, among other things, the Gazi Husrev-Beg Mosque, where we also perform Jumu’ah, and explore the old bazaar Baščaršija. There is time to buy souvenirs and further explore the city.
Day 5 – Flight Sarajevo → Amsterdam
After breakfast, we say goodbye to Bosnia and fly back to Amsterdam.

The stay
During the trip we stay in a four-star halal resort in Sarajevo, where no alcohol is served, and in a comfortable four-star hotel in Mostar.

We are a maximum of 20 people.
